1. Who this agreement is with
These Terms govern your use of this service, operated by Puka Consulting Group, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Rundown, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What this service is
This service estimates which stage of the Bureau of Immigration's (BI) tourist-extension process applies to you, along with associated fees, deadlines, and overstay exposure, based on information you provide and on our understanding of BI rules and fee schedules.
3. Not legal or immigration advice
This service provides informational estimates only. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for consulting BI directly or a licensed immigration professional, and does not guarantee accuracy of any date, fee, or fine figure shown. Several figures — most notably around overstay fines — are flagged in the app itself as estimates pending further verification. You are responsible for confirming your own compliance obligations with BI before relying on any result shown here.
4. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (nationality, entry date, ACR status) and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to lawfully provide the personal information the service requests.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including fines, penalties, or costs arising from an overstay or missed filing — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this service.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
